Clerical Support - Reading, PA

MidPenn Legal Services has an opening for a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Support Staff person to work in its Reading Office. Candidates for this position must have a pleasant phone manner, positive interaction skills with clients of diverse backgrounds, and a demonstrated proficiency in word processing.  Responsibilities include answering telephones; greeting clients; scheduling appointments; screening clients for eligibility and conflicts; other clerical duties as required.  MidPenn is an equal opportunity employer.
