Pursuing Justice - Improving Lives

When civil legal crises threaten to destroy the lives of vulnerable individuals and families, MidPenn Legal Services’ advocates step in with expert help that they otherwise could not afford. We provide immediate legal advice and representation for low-income residents facing eviction, loss of income or health benefits, tax controversies, and debt collection, while offering specialized support to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault who need protection orders and seniors who are being financially abused.

Your support transforms vulnerability into stability, fear into safety, and legal barriers into pathways forward.

Donate now to deliver justice where it's needed most.

Thank you for playing a leading role in bringing an end to poverty in our community!
