Unlike criminal cases, the Constitution does not guarantee legal assistance in civil cases. Without help, too many underprivileged people are left to navigate complex legal issues alone, and as a result, lose their homes or livelihoods. We are your community’s legal safety net. No one should be denied justice because they are too poor to afford an attorney.
