Rural Tax Advocacy Project/Disability Benefits for Survivors of Domestic Violence & Other Crimes
MidPenn Attorneys Evangeline Wright and Margaret O'Leary will be presenting at the January Blair County Health and Welfare Council meeting. Attorney Wright will speak about the services available through MidPenn's Rural Tax Advocacy Project and common issues that low-income and ESL individuals may encounter in filing personal tax returns. Attorney O'Leary will speak about MidPenn's SERV'D project which assists survivors of domestic violence and other crimes in issues related to Social Security disability benefits.
