The Basics of Landlord/Tenant Law
Join the Adams County Bar Association for a 1.0 substantive credit CLE on the basics of Landlord/Tenant law presented by Matt Rich, Esq., who represents tenants for MidPenn Legal Services and Ryan Colquhoun, Esq., who is a solo practitioner representing landlords. Attys. Rich and Coloquhoun will discuss their different perspectives on various topics including types of housing, implied warranty of habitability, remedies for breach of lease and post-tenancy issues.
